DOM、样式、字体或视口变化后，点击和 DOM/CDP 几何读取可能继续使用旧布局；inline 片段与包含块还可能产生错误的命中区域。本 PR 把原 #756 的独立改动真实 rebase 到最新 main，保留 main 已合入的已发布布局快照架构，在需要当前几何的读取和点击准备时按需刷新；CSSOM 的采样语义保持 main 的实现。
范围与验收
对应 1.1.9 badcase：29、66、108、156、163、196、314、349、374、389、399、404、415、418、441、448、506、547、576、585、590、620、640、645、658、666、714。历史旧提交在布局 v4 合同下 27/27；这一数字不代表当前 rebase 提交已复测。当前提交完成格式与差异检查；CI 和上述真实任务需以本 PR HEAD 验收。
