问题与修复
CDP 可能把发送前请求信息当成实际 wire 请求，或丢失重定向逐跳方法、请求头及响应体证据。本 PR 把原 #758 的独立改动真实 rebase 到最新 main，按最终传输结果记录请求，统一重定向逐跳语义，并由有界的所有者保存响应体证据。它可以直接基于 main 审阅，无须依赖布局 PR。
范围与验收
对应 1.1.9 badcase：339、595、676。历史旧提交在显式就绪 v2 合同下 3/3；这一数字不代表当前 rebase 提交已复测。当前提交的全 workspace Clippy 与格式检查通过；CI 和上述真实任务需以本 PR HEAD 验收。特别关注 main 新增的 no-cors 重定向规则与本 PR 的观测语义。
此 PR 替代 #758。旧 PR 与分支保留供溯源。
