停止加载可能错误清除已提交文档，或让旧传输的迟到回调影响后续导航。本 PR 把原 #759 的独立改动真实 rebase 到最新 main，并按 main 的原始字节流与 XML 解码架构处理取消；删除了旧父分支才存在、在 main 已无调用者的预备方法。取消范围仍限于当前导航和传输，已解析内容保留。
范围与验收
此项没有单独分配的 1.1.9 任务编号；验收场景是停止幂等、held socket 释放、旧回调隔离、已提交 DOM 保留与后续导航。当前提交完成格式与差异检查；专项测试和 CI 需以本 PR HEAD 验收。
此 PR 替代 #759。旧 PR 与分支保留供溯源。
