app: fix soft keyboard desktop resizing - #30

Retry IME show requests after the hidden editor gains focus and avoid releasing it during the initial hidden-inset dispatch. Consume the bound keyboard toggle consistently across normal and accessibility key paths. Make raised desktop mode the default and expose it alongside the soft keyboard key binding. Remove the display safe-area bottom padding while the raised desktop is positioned above a visible IME. This keeps the desktop and extra-keys bar flush with the keyboard while preserving the padding when only the extra-keys bar is shown.
Round an odd extra-keys bar height up by one pixel so resizing the desktop does not produce an odd-height virtual screen.
