This fixes an issue where programs running in guest would run at uncapped FPS. The upstream patches emulate vblank for virtio gpu since there isn't a proper/better mechanism in the spec. Signed-off-by: Matej Hrica <mhrica@redhat.com>

Tested it and it works as expected thanks! BTW can you check the CI for macOS? it's failing there. |
