What changed

The audit gate step (and the pre-push hook) currently fails on every open PR: bun audit reports 16 newly published high advisories, all in dev-only transitive deps. This refreshes the lockfile past them:

Every patched release fits the existing parent ranges (^3.0.1, ^5.0.5, ^4.1.1, ^1.6.1), so this is a lockfile-only bun update of those four packages: no package.json change, no overrides, runtime deps stay zero (nothing here ships). The documented js-yaml ignore (GHSA-h67p-54hq-rp68) is left untouched.

No changeset: dev-only dependency refresh, no user-facing or on-disk change.

Verification

  • bun run gate green: typecheck, format, lint, knip, build, size, 353 tests, 100% coverage.
  • bun audit --ignore GHSA-h67p-54hq-rp68: no vulnerabilities, under both local bun 1.4.2 and the CI-pinned 1.3.14 (bun install --frozen-lockfile accepted with no changes).
  • Once merged, the audit step should go green for all open PRs, not just this one.

This contribution was prepared with AI assistance; I can explain or rework any line if asked.

The audit gate step failed on 16 newly published high advisories in
dev-only transitive deps: fast-uri (SSRF, host confusion), js-yaml
(quadratic CPU), brace-expansion (DoS), smol-toml (DoS). All patched
releases fit the existing parent ranges, so this is a lockfile-only
refresh: no package.json change, no runtime impact (zero runtime deps).

fast-uri 3.1.2 -> 3.1.8, brace-expansion 5.0.6 -> 5.0.12,
js-yaml 4.2.0 -> 4.3.2, smol-toml 1.7.0 -> 1.9.0.
