  • I confirm that I am the author of this code and release it to the SDL project under the zlib license. This contribution does not contain code from other sources, including code generated by a Large Language Model ("AI").

Description

\since is always 3.0.0 in SDL_ttf's headers.
This PR bumps the since to 3.2.0 in the release-3.2.0 branch.

This commit can be cherry-picked on top of main, and all remaining 3.0.0 symbols can then have its \since bumped to 3.4.0.

Existing Issue(s)

This is the result of running the following command on the headers:
sed -i -E 's/since SDL_ttf 3[.]0[.]0/since SDL_ttf 3.2.0/g' SDL_textengine.h

It also removes the version comment on TTF_HINTING_LIGHT_SUBPIXEL.

This hasn't been done in other libraries (like SDL_image) and I don't think it's necessary.
