Revert #7114: Advisor model selector

Reverts #7114 (60bf4c7) at maintainer's request. Rework: advisor model selection will move inside the existing subagent tab on the right side, with no new tab.

Superseded by #7196: Advisor moves under the Subagents row as a section-switcher member and keeps the #7114 catalog selector, so the revert is no longer needed.
