docs(readme): rewrite README around AI customer support - #48

Lead with the pain points, vision and core features, add a quick start for hosted and self-hosted setups, and embed the launch video. Images are served from cdn.feedlog.ai to keep the repository small. Add a Simplified Chinese README with language switch links in both versions.
