Updates the Portuguese Qt translation file for Deepin Device Manager by syncing with upstream source contexts, adding new strings, updating existing translations, and adjusting locations to match code changes.

Synced and expanded the Portuguese translation TS file with new device-info strings and updated contexts to match current source code.	Adjusted XML/TS header formatting to match current Qt linguist export style. Updated line numbers across many contexts (e.g., BtnLabel, CommonTools, DetailButton, DetailTreeView, DetailViewDelegate) to align with refactored C++ sources. Removed the old BtnWidget context and reintroduced its strings (More/Collapse) under new contexts DetailButton and DetailTreeView, reflecting UI refactoring. Reorganized and greatly expanded the DeviceBaseInfo and related contexts to cover many new hardware attributes (CPU, memory, storage, Bluetooth, power, printer, etc.), providing or reusing Portuguese translations where available and leaving some new terms as unfinished. Refactored CPU-related strings: moved generic labels (Frequency, Max Frequency, cores, caches) from DeviceCpu into DeviceBaseInfo, while adding a new set of textual numeric labels (One, Two, Four, …) and new frequency labels directly in DeviceCpu with Portuguese translations. Updated DeviceManager and other UI contexts (DeviceGenerator, GetInfoPool, MainWindow, Page* classes, widgets) to match new/renamed strings and changed semantics, including some improved Portuguese wording and a few corrected or modernized translations. Standardized several technical terms and abbreviations (e.g., Architecture, Media Type, Size, Vendor) across contexts, and introduced additional unfinished entries where the source added new fields but no translation existed.	deepin-devicemanager/translations/deepin-devicemanager_pt.ts
