smitebot: support bin/ layout

This adds support for bin/ layouts to smitebot.

I wanted to start using smitebot. I noticed it assumes that afl++ was built from source, in which case libnyx.so and the binaries end up in the root of aflpp_path. On my machine, afl++ is installed as a package from nixpkgs, so libnyx.so and the binaries end up in aflpp_path/bin.

Reopening because I remembered why I need this. I can't simply append /bin to aflpp_path because then setup_nyx.sh invoked by smitebot start won't find the nyx packer, which is at aflpp_path/nyx_mode/packer/packer (it will look in aflpp_path/bin).

I will add a check to smitebot doctor for aflpp_path/nyx_mode/packer/packer.
