Ship of Harkinian reads FadeIn/FadeOut (seconds) from the streamed _SEQ.xml, and until now mod authors had to unzip the archive to add them by hand. Left at 0 the attributes are not written, so existing packs are unchanged. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01TXhrmAMwFVjN6mY4D9d8kq

Adds Fade In (s) and Fade Out (s) columns to the streamed audio file list. They are written as
FadeIn/FadeOuton the<Sequence>in each_SEQ.xml, which Ship of Harkinian reads from HarbourMasters/Shipwright#7225.Untested: only the two files that use
SeqMetaInfowere compiled. I have not linked or run it, because libopusenc isn't installed here.https://claude.ai/code/session_01TXhrmAMwFVjN6mY4D9d8kq
