Repo to track issues and resolutions on UK IDAC
The Issues facility should be used to records issues and incidents on the UK IDAC, including the RSP, QServ and supporting services, but excluding Somerville infrastructure issues that are tracked under Somerville Operations.
This repo will not contain any code.
On discover of an issue, a new GitHub Issue should be created in this repo. If the issue is reported by a user, the user should be sent a link to the GitHub Issue to stay informed if interested.
If the issue leads to a Community Forum post (e.g., announcing an outage or service limitation) Somerville Operations issue or a SQuaRE issue, an appropriate link should be provided here.
Once a solution is found and applied, it should be reported in full, including any code and/or settings changes and evidence of success, in the comment closing the issue.
