fix: use {{ .Binary }} in archive name_template to produce gwtm_* artifacts - #25

{{ .ProjectName }} resolves to the repo name (git-worktree-manager), producing
git-worktree-manager_Windows_x86_64.exe instead of gwtm_Windows_x86_64.exe.
{{ .Binary }} uses the binary: gwtm setting, matching what the upgrade command
expects when constructing download URLs.
