Adds examples/airnode-demo/dashboard.ts: the stale-provider story run end to end through a real Heightproof stack.

  • The app makes an ordinary eth_getBlockByNumber through createHeightproofRpcClient. The stale provider answers with HTTP 200, and the call looks fine.
  • Background verification asks the stale provider and AirnodeHub (paid via x402) at a pinned height.
  • The worker re-verifies the Airnode signature and raises D2, Providers disagree on eth_getBlockByNumber.
  • The script waits for the incident, prints it, and prints the sign-in for the fresh workspace it created. The dashboard shows the incident, and the Request Explorer shows Airnode Signer (verified) on the AirnodeHub observation.

The stale provider and the payment setup move to setup.ts, shared with demo.ts. The README gains a "With the dashboard" section.

Tested: ran it against a local docker compose stack and live AirnodeHub. The incident was raised and visible in the dashboard with the verified signer. demo.ts still passes after the refactor. Typechecked, linted and prettier-clean.

dashboard.ts tells the same story end to end: the app's ordinary call
through @heightproof/web3 looks fine, background verification against
AirnodeHub disagrees, the worker re-checks the signature and raises D2,
and the incident shows in the dashboard with the verified signer.

The stale provider and the x402 payment setup move to setup.ts, shared by
both scripts.
