Rolls the open dependabot PRs into one:
benchmarks(supersedes chore(deps): bump golang.org/x/net from 0.55.0 to 0.59.0 #94, chore(deps): bump golang.org/x/net from 0.55.0 to 0.59.0 in /benchmarks #95)x/net 0.59.0 requires Go 1.26, so the
godirective moves to 1.26.0 and the CI minimum-version matrix and lint job are bumped from 1.25 to 1.26 to match.golangci-lint moves from v2.6 to v2.14, because v2.6 was built with Go 1.25 and refuses to lint a module targeting 1.26.
