Bumps the version to 1.5.1 and adds the 1.5.1 changelog entry.
Changes
Version 1.5.1 in package.json, package-lock.json, src/index.ts, manifest.json and both fields in server.json.
CHANGELOG.md: the 1.5.1 entry covers the server instructions and mainwp-dashboard skill guidance from Load the site knowledge summary before advising on a site #117, which tells agents to load a site's knowledge summary before advising on, planning or drafting work for that site.
Testing
From a clean clone with npm ci, all of these exit 0 on the same tree as this commit, apart from the CHANGELOG wording:
npm run format:check, npm run lint, npm run typecheck
npm run check-version: all five version fields read 1.5.1
npm test: 40 files, 3069 tests passed
npm run build and npm run build:mcpb: the bundle builds and validates
Agents now review a site’s knowledge summary before advising, planning, or drafting—even when you name a record or have already viewed a knowledge list.
For client-wide work, agents review the client summary and then each site’s summary.
If a summary is unavailable, agents tell you what knowledge they could not access.
When you request a specific record, agents load only that record.
Included review availability: This review used your included allowance. 9 included reviews remain after this review. Your included PR review attempts over the past 7 days set your current allowance at 10 reviews per hour.
Knowledge ability descriptions require loading site summaries before advising/planning and distinguish client/agency context; execution returns site, agency, and accessible client summaries. includes/abilities/class-mainwp-abilities-knowledge.php:24,54-84,654-699 [::mainwp/mainwp::]

Documentation matches the released guidance: site/client summaries should be read before work, and individual records are insufficient. dashboard/overview/mainwp-knowledge.mdx:188-228 [::mainwp/docs::]
MCP documentation states Knowledge tools require Dashboard 6.3 and documents the same safety and inheritance rules. mcp-server/quickstart.mdx:13-18, mcp-server/safety.mdx:104-114 [::mainwp/docs::]

Summary
Release metadata and notes src/index.ts, manifest.json, package.json, server.json, CHANGELOG.md
Version values change to 1.5.1. The changelog entry describes site and client summary loading, disclosure when summaries cannot be loaded, and the exception for showing a specifically requested record.
This release advances the published version to 1.5.1 and documents existing knowledge-loading guidance. The metadata is consistent, and no concrete merge-blocking risk remains.
