Relationship with external issues

Hello All,

With the actual plugin, the children from external project aren't displayed. 

I understand that only issue from current project are used as parent issue but then all children should be displayed.

I'm going to provide a pull request for this issue.

We could also add a conf to display all children or only current project children's
