Summary
Claude Code を主戦場にしている前提で、Cursor の存在意義を文書化し、実装前に分類する
agent-routerを入れた。自宅PCのmcp.json作成はenable-local-mcp.mjsに任せる。Cloud VM にはclaude/agentが無いので、Cursor の MCP 承認だけが人間の画面操作。「余白を直して。Cursor に渡して」のスモークで Claude が「どのプロジェクト？」と聞いて止まった。プロジェクト名が無い UI/余白は coupon-board の DealCard を既定にし、聞かずに
agent -pするようルーターを直した。実装そのものは別 PR #18。相手の会話・思考・画面を勝手に読む口は無い。できるのは渡すことと、同じ git を読むこと。エージェント起動時は
agent-dm.mjs inboxとgh issue list --label agent-dmを見る。MCP Agent Mail のデーモンは入れない。fetch_inboxがツールに見えているときだけ呼ぶ。Changes
