…he page id's tail, not its time-ordered prefix Notion page ids are time-ordered, so pages made in one batch share their leading digits and #306's `notion:<first 8 hex>…` label read the same for all of them. `aw_tracker_item_describe` in `lib/trackers/notion.sh` now takes the last 8 hex digits: `notion:…589b5b1c`. The URL stays the item's `url`, and a URL with no page id keeps its last path segment. A regression test runs the describer on the three real ids from the board that showed it and asserts three distinct labels; restoring the prefix turns it red. Fixtures, README, the schema doc, the workflow doc and the steering templates follow the new form. Closes #317 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Queued Notion pages on the task-monitor board all showed the same label, because #306 labelled a page by the first 8 hex digits of its id and Notion ids start with a timestamp. The label now uses the last 8 digits, which are the random part, so pages made together read apart:
