Provenance is now provisioner-free SLSA (subject = deployment, predicate = how it was made). The produced cloud resources move to a new Massdriver-owned inventory predicate (subject = deployment, resources in the predicate body), extracted per provisioner. All three deployment-tier attestations now share the deployment subject. - New inventory package + terraform/helm/bicep/generic extractors (moved from provenance/, Subjects -> Resources, NewSubject -> NewResource) - provenance stripped of extractors/subject helpers/internalParameters - cmd: single `xo attest provenance` + new `xo attest inventory <tool>` group - docs (DESIGN.md, README.md) rewritten for the three-tier subject model - example subjects.json -> resources.json Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
