The Build environment

The build environment for RaspPiArduino looks as follows.

###Directory structure

/piduino
  core
  libraries
/workspace
  on-dev-build
  registers

The /piduino/core directory contains the source and headers for the Arduino core libraries. The /piduino/libraries contains sample richer libraries built on the Arduino core libraries.

###Build outcome When one builds the project, the output will be a new directory called /build. Within there will be two further directories called lib and include.

###Make system The Makefile system uses the following variables:

• CORE - The directory that contains the core code.
• CORESRCS - source file names for the core code.
• CIOREOBJS - object file names for the core code.
