Summary

• Adds [project.urls] (Homepage, Repository, Documentation, Changelog, Issues) to rustez-py/pyproject.toml so the PyPI package page links back to the project.
• Adds homepage and documentation to both publishable crates' Cargo.toml (rustez, rustez-py) alongside the existing repository field.
• Notes the change in rustez/CHANGELOG.md under [Unreleased].

Supersedes #68.

Verification

• python3 -I scripts/check_versions.py — versions aligned.
• cargo metadata --no-deps — homepage/documentation/repository resolve correctly for rustez and rustez-py.
• CI on packaging: add project links to published package metadata #68 passed all 10 checks against this identical 4-file diff (Check/Test/Lint, MSRV 1.86, pytest, fmt, clippy, cargo-audit + cargo-deny, gitleaks, CodeQL).

Test plan

• Merge and confirm the next rustez release's PyPI page shows the project links.
