Pre-submission checklist

Summary

Implements asic_config_v3 design.

In this PR, adding the documentation for asic_config_v3 Broadcom DNX support.
Some of the existing documentation for XGS are also slightly modified for making whole document more readable.

Test Plan

Built and deployed the docs site locally and verified the updated overview and schema field reference pages render correctly under Developing FBOSS > ASIC Config V3.

Looks like this overview.md is growing bigger and I think it might be a good time to start splitting the ASIC family individual md like:

• overview.md [General asic_config_v3 design]
• broadcom_xgs.md
• broadcom_dnx.md
• cisco.md
• nvidia.md

I think all these asic family types are significantly different from each other so there's no benefit to put it in the same md any more. And splitting them in their own md can allow you to focus on that asic family

Good suggestion. I have split the current docs into overview, per-family, and examples pages along with a schema details page (existing).
