Description

This PR adds these profiles on Minipack3N:

  1. 100G_4_NRZ_RS528_COPPER
  2. 200G_4_PAM4_RS544X2N_COPPER
  3. 100G_1_PAM4_RS544_OPTICAL
  4. 200G_2_PAM4_RS544X2N_OPTICAL
  5. 10G_1_NRZ_NOFEC_COPPER

Changes include:

  1. CSV files: updated port_profile_mapping, profile_settings, and si_settings to include the new Profile IDs.
  2. Update the platform mapping JSON file for Minipack3N to include the new Profile IDs.
  3. Update Minipack3NPlatformMapping.cpp with R-JSON format for Minipack3N to include the new Profile IDs.
