Adds three x402 services (same provider, distinct products) to x402 Enabled APIs & Services in Projects.md.

Each host answers an unpaid GET with an x402 v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED challenge (Base eip155:8453 and Algorand) and publishes /openapi.json, /llms.txt and /.well-known/x402. Examples:

GET https://agentpay-extract.agentpay-apis.workers.dev/extract/v1/page?url=https://example.com
GET https://agentpay-lookup.agentpay-apis.workers.dev/lookup/v1/domain-report?domain=example.com
GET https://agentpay-tools.agentpay-apis.workers.dev/tools/v1/pdf-text?url=https://arxiv.org/pdf/1706.03762
