The Subcento entry (merged via #195) lists the repo only. This one-line update adds the live product site plus its two free machine-readable endpoints, in the house link format:
[Site](https://subcento.alterfield.com) | [OpenAPI](https://subcento.alterfield.com/openapi.json) | [llms.txt](https://subcento.alterfield.com/llms.txt)No new entries, no duplicates: the repo is already listed; this only appends secondary links to the existing line.
