Adds SCDO Agent Ledger to x402 Developer Tools & SDKs (alphabetical order).
SCDO Agent Ledger gives each AI agent its own x402 wallet with USDC on Base mainnet. The agent's key stays on the operator's machine. The headless Linux daemon
scdo-agent(systemd, rootless) can pay x402 endpoints and serve a paywall, with per-payment and daily caps. The Coinbase CDP facilitator settles payments.
