Horizon Pulse: 30 pay-per-call x402 APIs for agents (no keys). New: a $1 verified brief (Base USDC only) for Base/Ethereum gas, USDC supply on Ethereum/Base and x402 spec facts. Charged only if at least 2 claims are independently confirmed; refusals are a 422, unpaid. https://horizonpulse.dev

The brief returns 2–8 claims, each with an evidence array (verbatim quote, URL, retrieval time, or chain/block for on-chain reads). Contract: https://horizonpulse.dev/contracts/brief-verified · Terms: https://horizonpulse.dev/premium-terms · Unpaid sample: https://horizonpulse.dev/api/demo/brief-verified

This PR updates the existing one-line entry in Projects.md (route count, the new brief, hosted MCP tool count).
