One short entry in the x402 Developer Tools & SDKs section, as requested in this repository's README.
Actual value: ManifestScope checks public x402 v1/v2 paid-resource JSON catalogs in the browser, with an offline Node CLI and a reusable GitHub Action for merchant pull requests. It flags structural payment metadata mistakes and a large SQL/D1 importer batch-size risk without sending user data to a server or connecting a wallet. A genuinely unrelated x402 publisher reported the 123-resource / 492-accept import failure at SaylorInnovations/open-x402-bazaar#5 ; the separate proposed importer source fix SaylorInnovations/open-x402-bazaar#6 is review-pending, not an awarded bounty.
Verification (2026-10-21): The MIT repository and documentation remain public. The v1.3.0 annotated tag is installable as an offline GitHub Action (not yet a GitHub Marketplace listing): https://github.com/livastic-vm2-primary-20260911/x402-manifest-import-preflight/tree/v1.3.0 . Public GitHub Pages is HTTP 200. Node regression tests passed 42/42, and the exact commit
446bd9d43df19f9ebd3548c8298e56e2e3254148passed first-party source/Action CI and Pages deployment. A separate local Chrome responsive QA check passed 80/80 assertions. Both tools and samples are free/fictional. There is no independently established third-party install, paid user, production D1 import success, wallet transaction or settlement; do not infer those from tests. Implementation and disclosure are AI-assisted.Duplicate prevention: This is a different product from the same beneficial owner's existing CommaCheck x402 browser checkout PR #207. CommaCheck charges for a CSV report; ManifestScope is a free, non-signing public x402 merchant manifest import/CI structural checker. There is only one line added, no duplicate description, and no outside prospect contact.
