Some queries like select database() and other metadata queries are classified as n+1, is there a way to ignore them. On a related note better filtering support would be nice, especially for track selects/ inserts/updates/deletes separately.

Filtering by operation type is already supported via the
op:prefix:op:selectop:insertop:updateop:deleteFor the former problem, we (me and copilot) will handle that at #31.
