Purpose

• This pull request introduces enhancements to deployment automation and environment configuration, mainly focused on surfacing important deployment details after provisioning resources. The most significant changes add post-deployment hooks to display web and API app details, and expose key outputs from the infrastructure template for easier access in automation scripts.

Deployment and automation improvements:

• Added postdeploy hooks in azure.yaml for both POSIX and Windows environments to display web and API app names, endpoints, and Azure Portal URLs after deployment, making it easier for users to find and verify their deployed resources.

Infrastructure output enhancements:

• Exposed new outputs in infra/main.bicep for the web and API container app names and FQDNs, as well as Azure subscription and resource group details, enabling downstream scripts and hooks to access these values easily.

Configuration changes:

• Changed the aiDeploymentLocation parameter in infra/main.bicep to be required instead of optional, enforcing explicit location specification for AI service resources.
