Summary

Remove the dynamically generated metadata fixtures and synthetic interior-pointer tests introduced in #1840, including their temporary-file cleanup. Keep the regression coverage based on Microsoft.Windows.SDK.Win32Metadata 71.0.30-preview.

  • Generate and compile all 40 annotated API buffer sites across marshaling and pointer-overload settings, asserting native pointer types and explicit capacities.
  • Check that real GetPrinterW and GetTokenInformation overloads retain friendly handle and scalar output projections, and that unannotated ReadFile buffers still receive span overloads.
  • Remove the cache-eviction API, cache tests, friend-assembly access, and generated-version namespace changes from the initial workaround.

The resulting change only touches InteriorPointerTests.cs; no generator, project, pipeline, or custom metadata changes.

Remove synthetic metadata fixtures and their cache cleanup workaround. Retain package-backed buffer cases and exercise friendly handle/output projections on real printer and token APIs.
