Purpose

This pull request updates the Node.js version used in both the development environment and production builds for the frontend applications. The main goal is to standardize on Node.js 24 LTS across Dockerfiles, devcontainer configuration, and documentation for both the chat and scenario applications.

Node.js Version Upgrade:
