Upgrade both public tools together, fail builds on Node loader errors, bind the current Dockerfile copies and release records, and test package recipe drift. Retain Python 3.12, historical evidence and all approval boundaries. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Summary
Upgrades both FlowBlind tools to Node 26 together and adds the missing runtime library Node 26 needs to start. Replaces #254 and #255. Python stays at 3.12.
