- Fix stale changelog: correct release date, promote the fully-merged Unreleased content into the v15 section, add FinOps alerts and Open data tool sections. - Update what's new blurbs across all marketing pages for v15. - Add the missing InstanceSizeFlexibility table to the hubs data model. - Set up docs for the new FinOps toolkit agent plugin: MS Learn overview page, TOC entry, toolkit overview listing, marketing page and gallery tile, and an advisory council seat. - Standardize tool ordering (Hubs, Power BI, Workbooks, Alerts, Optimization Engine, Agent plugin, PowerShell, Bicep, Open data) consistently across the TOC, toolkit overview, and marketing gallery.
