🟡 Changes recommended
The branch must merge dev and resolve its add/add conflicts so only the intended ISF updates remain.

Resolve the add/add conflict on Get-OpenDataInstanceSizeFlexibility.ps1 by keeping the branch side, which is the dev version plus the 23 new rows. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
Weekly automated update of instance size flexibility (ISF) ratios from the
Azure Reservations Catalogs API,
produced by the Update Instance Size Flexibility workflow (run 38213176611).
Change
23 added rows, no rows modified or removed:
Both are new groups. Every ratio equals the SKU's vCPU count divided by 2, consistent with the base size of 2 vCPUs.
Notes
This is the first run after #2331, which sorts the output ordinally. The 21 September, 28 September, and 5 October branches each carried the same 247-line reorder churn on top of their real changes; this branch has only the 23 real rows. Those three branches are superseded and have been deleted.
The branch was cut before #2298 added the generated PowerShell open data files to
dev, so the Open Data CI's regeneration commit re-added them and caused add/add conflicts.devhas been merged in: three of the files were identical, andGet-OpenDataInstanceSizeFlexibility.ps1keeps the branch side, which is thedevversion plus the 23 new rows. The diff againstdevis now onlyInstanceSizeFlexibility.csv(+23) andGet-OpenDataInstanceSizeFlexibility.ps1(+23).Test plan
