How to use MFCMAPI to open "Group Shard" and "Tenant Shard"

Hi, can I use MFCMAPI to open Group Shard / Tenant Shard if I was the group admin/tenant admin? Thanks!

if you can create an outlook profile to access whatever you're talking about, MFCMAPI should be able to use the profile. I'm not familiar with the shard concept
