Summary

• Always show pipeline comparison costs in USD per minute, with explicit unit labels, independently of the prompt-sensitivity chart selector. CSV retains both per-call and per-minute amounts.
• Change the default input audio rate from 20 to 10 tokens/sec while retaining 20 output tokens/sec, following the Voice Live Azure OpenAI estimation guidance.
• Update the default usage hint to 450 input and 900 output audio tokens for 45 seconds of speech per side, plus related documentation and cost expectations.
• Preserve editable audio-rate overrides and the existing separate cached text/audio input prices.

Validation

• All 22 calculator tests pass, including input/output independence and the legacy 20-token/sec override.
• JavaScript syntax and whitespace checks pass.
• Browser checks verify per-minute comparison values, independence from the chart selector, missing-rate handling, default usage, and reset behavior.

Deployment

The existing Pages workflow will automatically publish these changes after merge into main at https://microsoft.github.io/voice-agent/ .
