Summary

• Switch Azure Realtime Fast to managed native speech-to-speech billing, retaining its explicitly labeled user-specified Voice Live Lite pricing reference.
• Use Lite native audio input, cached audio history, native audio output, and applicable text meters. Remove the separate Azure HD output charge.
• Update model selection, comparison/CSV pipeline classification, pricing notes, and documentation. Azure Realtime Pro and other models remain unchanged; Azure models remain unavailable in BYOM scenarios.

This supersedes the Fast hybrid billing configuration from #81 at the user's request. The diff is limited to four cost-calculator files.

Validation

• All 26 calculator tests pass after integrating latest main, including exact native pricing, cache history, silence handling, pipeline eligibility, and existing-model regressions.

With default assumptions, Fast costs $0.011295 per 90-second call, or $0.007530 per call-minute. No price-snapshot changes are included.
