🤖 - Removes esbuild-plugin-copy: eng 1.2.0 (#637) ships its own copyPlugin, and nothing in the repo references the package anymore. Dropped from extensions/vscode-containers/package.json, the pnpm-workspace.yaml catalog, and the lockfile.

• Updates hono to ^4.13.13 in packages/vscode-inproc-mcp (published 2026-10-04, so it satisfies the one-week minimumReleaseAge).

Verified with pnpm --filter vscode-containers run build.
