   The MCP app seems to not show up when it was creaed with the session in the background, so I have to ask teh agent to try again using the gh cli

   Since fixed

   The rest are GH MCP things. I made a PR for the MCP server so we can turn of deferral forms: github/github-mcp-server#2921
