parentLayoutCoordinates throws when the node is no longer attached, which happens when a pager places a page with detached markdown nodes. Return early instead. Fixes #639

Add org.jetbrains.compose.foundation:foundation 1.12.0 as an Android runtime dependency alongside the existing common compile-only dependency. This lets D8 rewrite Compose interface calls consistently when the consuming app has minSdk below 24.
fix(android): include Compose runtime dependencies for desugaring
Render GFM highlight nodes with configurable M2 and M3 theme colors, preserve literal equals tokens, and add sample content and migration notes. Refresh JVM and KLib API snapshots. BREAKING CHANGE: custom MarkdownColors and AnnotatorSettings implementations must provide the new highlight properties. Direct configuration constructors require highlight values, and consumers must recompile for the updated signatures.
Add M2 and M3 light/dark previews and 16 golden images covering highlight wrapping, nested formatting, tables, custom colors, and literal equals signs. Verify all 156 Paparazzi snapshots.
