Summary
Adds a repo-wide "Branches and releases" section to
AGENTS.md:developis the only development branch, a release is aYYYY.M.Ntag produced by the TeamCity chain with the Release build flag (tags in Core and the build repositories,-devnightlies), hotfixes go throughrelease/YYYY.M.Ncut from the tag, and releases/tags/branch deletion are owner actions that agents do not perform on their own.masteris being retired.Context: Jira INFRA-141 — single development branch, release by tag in all build repositories; the TeamCity side was switched today (ReleaseBuild flag, tag + pin step in NightlyDeploy).
No other AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md or workflow text described the old master/develop flow, so nothing was removed.
Verification
Documentation only. Reviewed by the code-review agent; wording changed so the release and hotfix steps read as description, not as an agent runbook; version pattern is
YYYY.M.N, not a hardcoded year.
