HTML mode posts caller-owned HTML verbatim (RichText/Html, no
wrap); '-' reads stdin; --dry-run prints the exact body without sending. Plain mode byte-for-byte unchanged. Send path split into buildMessageBody (pure) + postMessage (transport) — the foundation for the attachments PR. Implemented via claude relay lane (dispatch 62DFF778), reviewed + live-tested by the calling session (receipt 1792066772884).

Plain
sendwraps text in a single
, so multi-line drafts collapse to one line in the Teams client. This adds an explicit HTML lane:--html '

line 1
line 2

'(or--html-file, or--html -for stdin) posts caller-owned HTML verbatim withRichText/Html;--dry-runprints the exact request body without sending. Plain mode is byte-for-byte unchanged. The send path is split intobuildMessageBody(pure) +postMessage(transport) — the foundation the follow-up file-attachment PR builds on. 16 new tests.
