Keep generated App Store and Google Play PNGs local instead of adding hundreds of images to Git. Existing exports and UI captures are removed from tracking; ignore rules preserve local files.

Restore screenshot decks, marketing translations, capture/export scripts and editor support for all 13 app languages. Document ASC setup, add Rudrank Riyam and ASC CLI/skills to credits, and exclude private store metadata and CLI reports from Git.

Two commits: local asset storage, then editor/texts/setup.

Validation: TypeScript passed (npx tsc --noEmit --incremental false); all 273 exported PNGs passed dimensions/RGB/nonblank checks; hashes confirmed all 492 local PNGs were preserved; git diff --check passed. No store metadata, credentials or new PNGs are included.
