Summary

Document the User flow analytics feature and explain how to interpret paths, entry points, drop-off, grouped pages, and impressions actions.

Changes

  • Added usage steps and user-flow use cases to the English analytics page.
  • Added matching guidance to the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations.
  • Documented per-column page aggregation, preserved onward sessions, and accurate drop-off reporting.
  • Documented the Impressions Actions chart, action types, separate CTA metrics, and Actions and Action rate table columns in all four locales.
  • Documented the five-stage Impressions User funnel, including the new Taken an action stage, page-level actions, and reached and dropped sessions.
  • Documented the Impressions card order: CTA chart and table, User flow, then User funnel.
  • Clarified that no site configuration is required and identified Pro and Enterprise availability.

Context

Triggered by the user-flow analytics updates in mintlify/mint#9797, the server-side aggregation in mintlify/server#7207, the Impressions Actions updates in mintlify/mint#9683, the Impressions search funnel update in mintlify/mint#9809, and the Impressions layout update in mintlify/mint#9817.

Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only changes to analytics guides with no application or data-handling code.

Overview
Replaces the narrow Impressions (beta) section with User engagements across English, Spanish, French, and Chinese analytics.mdx pages, and documents the fuller dashboard: overview metrics (total interactions, average per session, CTA click rate with period deltas), the Actions taken over time chart and page table (CTA clicks vs page-level actions, CTA/action rates), User flow (entry points, In/Out/drop-off, Other (N pages) grouping), and User funnel views for Search-to-answer (including Opened search from 2026-07-31) and Assistant conversation.

The English page also lightly edits the analytics intro and changes analytics streaming setup steps from “Select” to Click for dashboard buttons; localized streaming sections in this diff are not updated to match that wording.
