The official notebook now uses getattr for design-matrix columns. Smoke skips orphan background splits and the jax autodiff lecture.

Summary
generalisation-and-neural-networksso the official notebook picks up the QRgetattr(..., "columns", None)snippet fix.01-02-0{1,2,3}-background-*splits, leftover tmp/assignment notebooks, and02-01(needs jax).Stacked on #9 so diagram-path YAML stays in that PR.
