Rebuild lectures after snippet and bibliography compile fixes - #7

…s cite fixes. mdpp no longer hits an unmatched endif, the logistic Objective Gradient is closed TeX, and Bayes (1763) resolves in the probabilistic and Abuja talks.
The bibliography key is hyphenated; the colon form was the wrong cite, not a missing entry.
