Summary

• Rebuild all 13 lecture notebooks and lecture HTML on top of current gh-pages (after talk-style, extra-small type, and transition-none).
• Expand lecture 10 (Bayesian GP-LVM) from a short stub to the full snippet-driven notebook, including MRD / shared GP-LVM material.
• Align notebook and lecture diagram URLs with the slides (/gpss/diagrams/…) and refresh a few compiled SVGs.

Left unchanged on purpose: _lamd.yml (including transition: "none" and diagramsdir: ../slides/diagrams/), gpss.css / logos, and the Conway GIFs (the local rebuild had empty 1000×600 placeholders).

Test plan

• Notebook smoke on this PR (all 13, or --only 07 10 11 12 first)
• Spot-check lecture 10 HTML and notebook for MRD / blastocyst content
• Confirm Deep GP I/II still use write_figure and the LIAC ARFF MNIST path
• Confirm lecture 07 still loads East Timor via pods.datasets.east_timor()
• Optional: bundle exec jekyll serve and check a couple of diagram URLs
